In The Groove Display Ad Rates

Please include payments with ads. We cannot provide billings.

In The Groove is printed as a folded 11 inch by 17 inch layout. A full page ad then is printed on a 8.5 inch by 11 inch paper with room for a margin. The other ad sizes are scaled accordingly.

Rates are for "camera ready" copy. Hand lettered ads will not be accepted unless of professional quality. Ad layout, including typesetting, is offered by the ITG staff for a one-time charge of $20 per full page, $10 for a half page, $5 for a quarter page and $2.50 for a business card ad.

Photo scans are $3 each. Pre-screened images may not reproduce well after computer processing, since ITG is submitted to the printer entirely digitally.

There is no charge for modifying existing ads, i.e., phone number updates. There is no discount for multiple runs of the same ad because these rates just cover the actual cost to the club for printing the ad, as required by the MAPS bylaws.
